Transition Crich Events

Share & Repair Café

Join us at Crich Glebe Community Centre from 10am-1pm on:

  • 13 September
  • 15 November

Connect with locals, explore eco-friendly stalls, and enjoy family activities, demos, and talks. Bring broken household items for free repairs (donations welcome).

Make, Do & Mend

Join us at Crich Glebe Community Centre from 7-9pm on:

  • 19 June & 17 July: Textiles workshop - 'Banner of Possibilities'

These creativity and wellbeing sessions are free (donations welcome).

Litter Pick & Gardening

Join us at Crich Glebe Community Centre from 10am-12pm on the following Saturdays:

Wild Flower Walk

Get ready to immerse yourself in nature's beauty! Join us on Sunday, June 29 2025 at 10:30 am for a delightful Wild Flower Walk.

📍 Meeting Point: Crich Market Place by the bus shelter.

🌲 Route: Crich Market Place → Wakebridge → Crich Stand (refreshment stop) → return to Market Place

Prepare for a leisurely walk with breath taking views and vibrant wildflowers. We'll take it slow, ensuring no one gets left behind. Plus, there's a treat in store as we'll stop at Crich Stand Tea Room for some well-deserved refreshments on our way back.

What to Bring: Suitable clothing and footwear | Water, shades, hat, and suntan cream if it's sunny | Waterproofs if rain is forecast

Mark your calendars and join us for a morning of exploration and enjoyment! No need to book, just turn up.

Photography Walk & Competition

Join us on Sunday 4 May 2025 at 1:30 PM for a family-friendly photography walk, led by local amateur photographer Paul Yorke. No need to book – just come along.

This walk is the perfect chance to prepare for the Capturing Natural Wonders Photography Competition 2025 – open to all ages and skill levels.
