Make, Do & Mend

Skill-sharing workshops!

Join us for these monthly creative and practical sessions to learn new skills from fellow residents.

Learn sustainable living skills - repair, upcycle, create

Our Make, Do and Mend sessions are relaxed, hands-on workshops where you can learn sustainable living skills, get creative, and connect with others.

From upcycling clothes and making eco-cleaning solutions, to growing, foraging and fermenting – no two sessions are the same!

Whether you're a total beginner or a seasoned maker, everyone is welcome.

Powered by community

These sessions are part of Transition Crich’s mission to build practical skills, improve community wellbeing, ignite creativity, and bring people together.

The workshops are free to attend – but donations help us grow!

This initiative is led by Transition Crich Creative Agent - Clare Limb - with support from Crich Parish Council and Arts Council England (via Make/Shift).

Got a skill to share?

We’re always looking for local creatives, crafters, and fixers to run a session or co-host a workshop – if you’ve got a skill others could learn, we’d love to hear from you!
